Welcome and thank you for applying to become a Team Manager or a Winter Classic Manager of the FVHA. Your participation is greatly appreciated and makes for a fulfilling experience for the hockey players and our community.

NOTE:

• Good attendance and participation is expected of all managers
• You do not have to have all the USA Hockey requirements completed to apply for a position

USA Hockey Registration, SafeSport Training and Background Checks must be complete before participating in any team activities. Per USA Hockey, you must:

• Register as a member of USA Hockey. Click here for more information.
   
• Complete the background screening.
   
• Complete the USA Hockey Safe Sport Training. (Required every two years and cannot be added to a roster until completed). Click here for more information.
